All details, quotes, etc. have to be done through email so we both have records, and I have your correctly written address or email.

There is no shopping coart on the site because all orders are custom

Sorry, can't take orders over the phone.

Weekend email will be answered Monday morning. Messages received after 5pm Pacific time will be answered the next day.

TURN-AROUND TIME

Unhemmed items usuallyare completed within two or three working days, depending how many orders are in queue.

Hemming takes time, so allow a week until shipping a single scarf or wall hanging, and 10-15 days if you are ordering several items. Your order will be in the mail to you as soon as possible.

If you have a deadline, please let me know when ordering.

Even the most professionally created image file may need some treaking and minor adjustments for printing on silk. It is not quite the same as printing on paper - therefore each file I get from you will be carefully optimized and test prints made if neceessary.

What I see on my monitor will be
what your scarf will look like.

Large prints can be on heavier silk such as in the image here, or can be on gossamer organza or other light weight silk for whatever effects you want.
